TALCB is seeking a certified general real estate appraiser to work as an investigator in the Enforcement Division.  A background in commercial appraising and appraisal review is required, and some residential work experience is preferred. This person will investigate complaints filed against appraisers and AMCs, and conduct experience audits for applicants seeking a license.  This work includes interacting with attorneys and legal staff to resolve matters based on investigative findings.  In addition, the selected candidate will manage an array of contractors assisting the TALCB with a review of commercial appraisals in experience audit and complaint matters.  If you are interested review the job posting to learn more about this employment opportunity.
