Board rules require education providers to provide all students the Course Evaluation form approved by the Board, or a link to the online version of the form available on the TALCB website.  As a reminder, course evaluations submitted to an education provider are subject to a four-year record retention requirement. 

Please submit all Course Evaluation forms you have received in the calendar year 2020 to education@trec.texas.gov, or contact an Education Specialist to submit forms by other electronic means.  You can reach an Education Specialist by email, or by calling 512-936-3120.
