TALCB ACE providers are required to provide students with a course evaluation form. These forms are approved by the Board and offer valuable feedback to Board staff and providers.

There are two versions available to students, and both can be found on the TALCB website. The recently updated online version of the course evaluation form allows students to search for a course by the provider. Students can access this evaluation any time after the course has concluded.

The pdf version of the course evaluation form has been separated into two forms; one for classroom and one for distance education. They are available on the Education Providers tab of the forms page.

Taking time to fill out these forms helps the Board and ACE providers continue the mission of ensuring quality education for license holders.
