Starting 6 p.m. CT on Friday, November 8 through Monday, November 11, all systems including the Online Licensing Services portal and the Posting System will be down because of planned electrical outages at TALCB headquarters. There are two other planned outages that will affect online agency services:
- Wednesday, November 27 at 6 p.m. CT through Sunday, December 1
- Friday, December 20 at 6 p.m. through Monday, December 23
While the planned outages are scheduled to occur over holiday closures, it’s a good idea to make plans to do your online business—or contact us—around these maintenance windows.
What Education Providers Should Know
The agency is pushing communications about these outages, which you can share as well:
- Notify your students about these planned outages.
- Encourage students to complete their education and renew their license early.
- Send email notices to students registered for courses and post this information on your website or course registration page.
Your communications support can help license holders avoid any unnecessary complications for license holders, particularly those who need to renew their license on or before November 30.
